If you do a good job, I will give you more trustworthy points so you can start getting more good homeowner leads. If you do a bad job, you will lose points. If it's a really bad job, I will permanently ban you from the trustworthy roofing list. So don't mess around with homeowners!
Requirement to be considered on the trustworthy roofing contractor list
Must have valid California license that is not expired.
Must have surety bond.
Must be properly insured, both workers comp and general liability.
Must give a good and honest roof inspection. Not a long-winded sales presentation.
Must have information of past projects. I will verify these. I will drive up to homeowners house and ask.
Must be willing to cooperate with homeowners and me when asked about the legitimacy of your roofing business.
